Online Return Policy

ELVIEM understands returns happen. We want you to be happy with your purchase and online shopping experience! Below you'll find our online and in-store return/refund policies. 

ONLINE RETURNS

We will happily accept online returns for regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Returned item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to the provided shipping address. 

Customers will receive a return label if the return request is approved based on the above criteria.

We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

If the above conditions are met, ELVIEM will initiate a refund of the retail value amount back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not included. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or further price adjustments.

ELVIEM is not responsible for any lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages shipped by the customer and cannot offer refunds or store credit for these cases.

INITIATING ONLINE RETURNS

To initiate an online return, click the profile icon in the store's navigation or follow this link and complete the steps: https://shopify.com/95241961758/account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Find the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. Click the Return Request button.
  7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  9. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the item(s) is returned, you will receive a refund of the retail value amount if return conditions are met.

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

Any item(s) purchased in-store must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds are not eligible.

All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or further price adjustments.
